On January 22, the Zhuhai Embodied Intelligence Application Innovation Ecosystem Launch took place at the Zhuhai Xiangshan Conference Center. Chen Yong, Secretary of the CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee and the provincial Hengqin Working Committee, delivered remarks. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Wu Zetong and Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee Director Pan Jiang also attended.
Amicro Technology Co., Ltd., a Zhuhai-based leader in end-to-end intelligent robotics technology, was invited to the ecosystem application partnership signing ceremony. Focused on robotics and AI, the company has made progress in key technologies, ecosystem development and support for Zhuhai’s embodied intelligence industry.
Zhuhai has been developing an embodied intelligence innovation ecosystem by coordinating planning and industrial collaboration. It is aligning its 15th Five-Year Plan with Macao’s third Five-Year Plan and Hengqin’s second-stage development plan, with cross-regional strategies linking headquarters and production bases, brands and manufacturing, and R&D, incubation and commercialization. Building on the event, Zhuhai aims to create an ecosystem combining intelligent infrastructure, vertical applications and practical deployments, with replicable business models and a leading position in AI development.
The event brought together leading embodied intelligence companies, research institutions and experts. It introduced trial measures for developing the ecosystem through the Zhuhai Embodied Intelligence Application Innovation Center and an initial list of more than 20 vertical application needs. Agreements covered application solutions, ecosystem co-development and an innovation ecosystem fund, connecting R&D with market demand and accelerating commercialization.
